Mike is a software tester, team leader, scrum master and project manager with 15 years of experience in software delivery projects of all kinds and sizes. His main interest is making projects more profitable by focusing on quality, team and above all common sense. For the last 4,5 years he works in FIS where he built up a test team of 25 highly skilled software testers working on different interbank payment projects. He also works as delivery manager for one of it’s most prestigious projects.
