I am promoting agile realism, leadership with an emphasis on people motivation, professional education and efficiency in the SW development. I highly admire testers, who are capable of doing the perfect verification – being able to think in the wide context, verify functional and non-functional requirements and executing various test techniques to give the best feedback possible to the developers and stakeholders.
